Materials: Copper
Dimensions: 11 cm tall x 10 cm wide
With 'Core' my intentions were to create a piece that would remind someone of how beautiful they are, no matter what has happened in their lives. This piece serves to remind an individual that even if they damage their vessels, at their core they are always perfect.

Through out my life I have always admired the aesthetic; I am able to see beauty in any ordinary situation. By appreciating the 'look' of an object I naturally fell into the world of creating, more specifically jewelry. The way one can mold a piece of metal material into something extraordinary intrigues and inspires me.
As I continue with my third year of education at the Alberta College of Art and Design (ACAD) I intend to draw upon my love for beauty to create metal and jewelry pieces that intrigue the audience.
